Cole Zacharias

Cole Zacharias writes BonusOut's online casino reviews and how-to guides. He is from Saskatoon, studied business for a year and now works at a parts counter. He started keeping notes after a withdrawal sat as “pending” for six days and customer support gave him three different answers. Now he writes down the amount, the day he asks for the money and the day it arrives, and he works out what each bonus requires in dollars before he deposits. He tests sites on his phone and writes as a player, not as an industry insider. Anything about regulation, self-exclusion or gambling harm is covered by Heather Tolmie, who also checks those parts of his reviews.
